Refund and Return Policy

If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

WeaamArts do not accept returns, exchange, or order cancelation for any service or items they offer. However, exceptions may apply, please read below for more information.

Refund/return policy for items purchased directly from the website (items that are available and ready for purchase directly from the website):

WeaamArts offers full refunds/order cancellation for orders of items that have not been shipped yet from their studio. Once your order get dispatched to your destination, we can’t offer you a full refund/ or order cancelation. This will also mean no returns or exchanges. So please make sure that you are very sure of your order from WeaamArts before purchasing.

To know whether we dispatched your order or not, please reach out to us by email at info@weamarts.com as soon as possible if you are looking for a refund.

Dispatching time may vary between 1-10 days.

Several types of items are exempt from being refunded/order canceled, which includes:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Digital file prints

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipment

Once we ship your order, we are no longer responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Please make sure to provide correct personal information. We are not responsible for non-deliverable items due to incorrect addresses. In such a case, you are responsible for paying the return to sender fee as well as the re-shipment cost. 

*Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

If a refund is issued for any reason after the order has been shipped, you will be fully responsible for returning the item, paying for shipping costs, and any applicable custom/duty charges when returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund + a 20% fee deduction from the total cost.

WeamArts is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages when returning orders.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refund/Return Policy For Commissioned/Custom Orders:

No refunds or order cancelations are accepted once items are shipped.

WeaamArts do not accept returns or exchanges for this service.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% (from the total cost) is requested as an order confirmation for commission pieces. This deposit is non-refundable even in the case of an order cancelation.

Cancelations/refunds (30% deposit is non-refundable in any case) may only be requested before an item is shipped. Once shipped, no item can be refunded/returned/or canceled.
