Shipping & Delivery Policy
This shipping and delivery policy is part of our terms of service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main terms:
IMPORTANT*
Currently, we will NOT be providing instant shipping costs for your orders directly through our website. Hence, the total cost of your order will not include the shipping cost.
In this case, how will we process your checkout?
1. Before placing your order (RECOMMENDED):
Please contact us with your full address information + the products you want to purchase so that we can calculate and give you an accurate shipping quote directly from the shipping carrier we are using. Upon your approval, we will add the shipping cost to your order on our website, where you can complete your purchase at once. Your order will be dispatched from our studio within 3-10 business days via Canada Post (Larger items may take longer due to crate assembling). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
2. After placing your order:
We will contact you with a shipping quote within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will not ship your order without your approval. After approval, we will send you an invoice for the shipment, and your order will be dispatched from our studio within 3-10 business days via Canada Post (Larger items may take longer due to crate assembling). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. IF you do not approve of the shipping quote, your order will be canceled and the money will be refunded in full.
We offer many delivery & shipping options for your parcel. More details are given about this along with the shipping quote by email.

In transit Parcels
Once we ship your order, we are no longer responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you would like to secure your parcel by paying extra fees for insurance to the shipping company, please indicate this to us by leaving a note during your purchase, or contact us about it before shipment.
Please make sure to provide correct personal information, as we are not responsible for non-deliverable items due to incorrect addresses. In such a case, you are responsible for paying any applicable fees that arise during the re-shipment process or for any damages to the parcel.
Shipping & Delivery Options Through Website ONLY
In-Store Pickup
In-store local pickups are available for local customers only. Please confirm to us that you would like to pick up your order by email at info@weamarts.com, or by reaching out to us on our social media accounts before placing your order. We will provide you with the details regarding the pickup address and time of pickup.
WeaamArts’ studio is located in Ottawa, ON Canada.
Free Shipping
Announcement about offered free shipment will be indicated on the Home Page. During site wide discount offers/products on sale, we will not be providing any free shipment. Free shipment is currently only available within Canada on orders over $250.
Items on Sale are NOT eligible for free shipping.
If the free shipping is granted for uneligible customers, we will contact you with an invoice for shipping costs, and payment is required within 24 hours. IF the invoice is disapproved by you/ or if we have not received your payment within 24 hours, your order will be automatically canceled.
Order Processing Time
Orders are currently processing within 3 – 10 business days to be packaged and dispatched (Monday – Friday, not including weekends or holidays). Please note, this does not include the additional time for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, it’s up to Canada Post to deliver in a timely fashion, which can be impacted based on their parcel volume and seasonality (we will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the parcel is shipped to stay updated on its delivery to your destination). Larger items may take longer processing time due to crate assembling or if more packaging materials are needed to be purchased. We will keep you updated if delays occur.

Yes, we do deliver to US.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently we do not directly on our website. If you are located outside of Canada and US, please contact us, for we may be able to ship to your destination.
